Marble Damage Repair

After a mishap with the posts when removing a handrail, the marble stairs were damaged and the builder needed a fix because there was no spare marble to replace it.

We assessed the damaged marble and suggested while they were in the process of renovation, we take the marble from another part of the house where it wasn’t needed anymore. This alleviated the stress of replacing the stair with an oddly matched marble or, even worse, total replacement which is difficult to match. A total of 8 stair treads were repaired and the builder was impressed with the fact you couldn’t notice the repaired marble unless you knew specifically where to look.
